BlueOne coolant engine cooling solution

The product features Organic Acid Technology (OAT), which is known for its low density, allowing for faster circulation compared to inorganic coolant with Silicate salt base, thus enhancing heat exchange efficiency. BlueOne Coolant utilizes high-quality corrosion inhibitors, providing excellent heat dissipation and protection for the engine and cooling system. The product is free from nitrides, amines, phosphates, and silicates.

What is BlueOne Coolant mechanical cooling solution?

BlueOne Coolant engine cooling solution is an Organic technology product (OAT – Organic Acid Technology). OAT coolant has a low density so it can circulate faster than inorganic coolant based on silicate salts, helping to increase heat exchange efficiency. BlueOne Coolant G50 uses high quality anti-corrosion additives, providing good heat dissipation and protection for the engine and cooling system. The product does not contain nitrides, amines, phosphates and silicates.

Ingredients and characteristics:

– Color: Red and Blue
– Mono Ethylen Glycol: 50% (BlueOne G50), 30% (BlueOne G30)
– Additives to prevent metal corrosion and scaling.
– Ultra pure EDI water.
– Anti-corrosion and anti-caking.
– Increase cooling efficiency.
– Suitable for car engines, motor vehicles and industrial machines.
– Environmentally friendly.
– Does not create foam.
– Compatible with all types of pipe and sealing materials.
– Compatible with varnishes.

Primary advantages include:

  • Preventing water evaporation during continuous engine operation.
  • Helping the engine avoid overheating, which can impact its lifespan.
  • Special oil additives protect various system components, including the engine, radiator, and water pump, preventing rust and corrosion.
  • Belonging to the group of long-lasting coolants, extending the period of use. Being compatible with other coolant types for your vehicle.
  • Enhancing the durability, efficiency, and longevity of the cooling system, thus extending the engine’s lifespan.

Uses
The BlueOne Coolant G50 coolant is suitable for engines made from cast iron, aluminum, or alloy, as well as cooling systems made from aluminum or copper.

User manual

– Completely drain the old coolant from the reservoir, then pour BlueOne Coolant G50 directly into the coolant reservoir of your vehicle without diluting it with water (up to the recommended level by the engine manufacturer).
Note:
– Do not open the reservoir cap when the engine is hot (as the coolant may be boiling due to the engine’s accumulated heat, causing steam to build up inside the reservoir. Opening the cap at this time could result in steam being released at high temperature and pressure, potentially causing severe burns).
– Use the coolant directly without diluting it with water or any other solution.
– Cleaning the cooling system before replacing the coolant will yield better results.
